Opened or used consumable goods.

Note: All deadlines are strictly enforced. Requests submitted after these windows will be automatically declined.


How to Start a Return

Review: We will review your request and respond within 48 business hours.

Authorization: Do not send items back without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Tracking: You must use a trackable shipping service. We cannot process refunds for items lost in transit.
